Charging with your card

1. Connect your charging cable to the charging station.
2. Connect the charging cable to your car.
3. Swipe your card once over the charging station’s scanner.
4. Wait until you hear a beep (within 3 seconds). Does the light change to blue? You can start your charging session.
5. You can end the charging session by swiping your card across the scanner. Wait for the beep and disconnect the charger from your car and the charging station.

Charging without a card

Use our Easy Charging Quality app which you can download in de app store.
By clicking this link you find an explanation of how to charge using the app. 

You can see the location of your charging station in the Easy Charging Quality app. In order to activate the right charger, the module number of the charger must be known. This number can be found on the charging socket, underneath the black flap. As shown on the picture below. You can activate the right charger through the app using the module number. After which, you can start your charging session.

Payment via charging card: charging rate and conditions depend on your contract with your MSP.

Explanation of charging station status indication

• Flashing green: Standby
• Blue: Charging
• Flashing red: Card unknown or cable  onbekend of cable not connected properly
• Red: Charging station unavailable/malfunction
• Green: Battery full
